- Always be pairing (rotate every half day?)
- Encourage any TW'rs who are about to help out
- during the day or after hours
- even pair w/ them on other ruby stuff (i.e. kipling)
- Make sure we all get a chance to work on Rails project
- 1/2 hour retrospective at the end of each day (6pm?)
- we might have some people prepare sessions for end of each day, possibilities include :
- walk everyone through some code
- testing
- BoF at a bar - whatever
- working session to prepare a session for the away day
- Run Agile
- IPM on Thurs & Mon mornings
- Standups at 10am & 2pm
- Prepare stories online >>here<< and put them on the wall
- Run as transparently as possible w/in and outside of TW
