You have an issue with CruiseControl? Here are a list of steps that we recommend you to do to investigate the issue.

• check your logs
• TurnOnDebug
• reread the official documentation
• search this wiki. In particular read the known problems page in the release notes and the FAQ pages.
• consult the mailing list archives. You will find pointers to these archives from the contact page

You are still stuck:

• decide where to post. You probably want to post on the user mailing list. The developer mailing list is reserved for technical discussions related to the future development of the project.

• include enough information
  • environment: CC version, OS, SDK, version of the tools used (ant, maven, scm, etc...)
  • is it a multiproject installation?
  • snippets of the config.xml
  • log snippets
  • manually installed? binary (with Jetty)?
  • is it a hang? think about creating a thread dump
  • did your issue appear after an upgrade in your environment/infrastructure?
