Stuff to do:

• FreeMarker XML transformation vs XSLT
  • FreeMarker web app?
• Investigate binary build. Is it easy enough?
• Remove duplication of libraries (Ivy?)
• Time-based builds is off by one minute
• On web app startup, request configuration and then persist. Avoid having to muck around with web.xml.
• Test setup for more rigorous reporting, JMX, SourceControl testing (i.e., test the deployed CruiseControl, not just the built classes)
• How stable is ThreadQueue anyway?
  • Multiple CC processes (make sure these processes are resource efficient) that can be configured independantly but coordinated/managed/aggregated by a central web app. REST API from web app that third party notifier tools can use.
