The user list is heavily trafficked, and is a decent place to ask the tough questions you run into. The user list will not solve all of your problems, though. When you do solve the really interesting ones, pass the knowledge along to the user community, and submit your code/documentation change to the development community. When the new release includes your change, help spread the word and make life easier for new cruisers.
